The news of Musab starting to speak has gone global! First with the Bristol Post and most recently with a visit from ITV News.

Students across the Academy were excited to see the large camera equipment and intrigued by all the new faces visiting the Academy on Tuesday 7th February. Sophie in Purple Room liked looking at her reflection in the large camera lens, and the boys in Green Room inspected the tripod carefully, stopping to observe their faces in the LCD screen.

 

ITV News were at the Academy for a few hours to cover interviews with Mr Williams and Musab's father Saeed, as well as capturing a musical performance from Musab in front of his class mates and teachers in Green Room.

 

 

All of Green Room applauded Musab as he sang the months of the year over the microphone.

Well done to all the students for being brave and coping with all the new faces around the Academy, and look out for Venturers' Academy on the local ITV News channel.
